ViberaCycle is your ultimate companion for organizing and managing regular replacement reminders. Whether it's home essentials, personal items, or scheduled maintenance, ViberaCycle helps you stay on top of your routine tasks. Set custom cycles, receive timely alerts, and never forget to replace or restock important items.
The Service may change over time, and features may be added, modified, or removed.
3) Accounts
Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information (such as name, username, and email) and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.

4) Permissions and Device Features
Notifications
Used to deliver reminder alerts.
Location (optional)
Approximate or precise location, only if you grant permission; you can revoke in device settings.
Photos/Images (optional)
Used to let you choose images for certain features.
You can control permissions through your device settings. Some features may not work without certain permissions.
5) User Content and Support Communications
You may provide information and content such as your name, username, email, and customer support messages (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant ViberaCycle a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and transmit User Content solely to operate, provide, maintain, and improve the Service and provide support.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, or that attempts to disrupt the Service.
6) Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service in violation of any law or regulation.
- Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service or networks.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts.
- Do not use automated means to access the Service in a way that degrades performance or bypasses limits.
7) Privacy
Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy. You should review it to understand how we collect, use, and share information.
8) Intellectual Property
The Service (excluding your User Content) is owned by ViberaCycle or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
9) App Store Additional Terms (Apple)
If you downloaded the Service from the Apple App Store:
- These Terms are between you and ViberaCycle Team, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the Service.
- If the Service fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) for the Service; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the Service.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the Service or your possession and/or use of the Service, including product liability, nonconformity, or consumer-protection claims.
- Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any third-party claim that the Service infringes intellectual property rights.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Service.
- Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
10) Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party services (for example, analytics or crash reporting) to operate and improve. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
11) Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViberaCycle disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that reminders/notifications will always be delivered at a specific time.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViberaCycle Team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViberaCycle Team’s total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD $10.
13) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law.
Provisions that should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute resolution) will survive.
14) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the Service or by other appropriate means.
15) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ViberaCycle Team is principally located, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis; class, collective, or representative actions are not permitted to the maximum extent allowed by law.
