Photos & images; face-related info
No face recognition or biometric identification. If server-side processing is used, it is one-time and deleted promptly after completion.

  • We do not share the uploaded content with any third parties for processing.
  • We do not disclose or sell uploaded content to third parties.
  • We delete the uploaded content promptly after processing is completed.
  • You remain in control: you can choose whether to upload and whether to generate content.

6) How We Share Information

We share information only as necessary and in the following situations:

  • Service providers (processors): trusted vendors under contractual confidentiality, security, and purpose limits.
  • With your consent: when you direct us to share.
  • Legal reasons: to comply with law and lawful requests.
  • Protect rights and safety: to prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

We aim to limit sharing to the minimum necessary for the purpose.

7) International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
